About the Guest
Crystal Cooke is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion team at AICPA, the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. Before joining the Association, Crystal spent 12 years at the Center for Audit Quality where she managed Governing Board operations and had the experience of working at KPMG for 7 years as an auditor in their assurance practice. Now, Crystal focuses on increasing the representation of underrepresented populations in the accounting profession by making diversity and inclusion a priority in the areas of recruitment, certification, and advancement of ethnic minorities.
